If you aspire to attain your ICF ACC Credential in 2021, let’s make it come true.
Coaches who have completed their 60 hours of ACTP or ACSTH ICF-accredited coach training but have not earned their ICF credential can register for the Panel Discussion | Path to ICF ACC Credential. ICF Malaysia credentialed coaches will share their experiences and tips around “Getting Started on ICF ACC Credential” in this session. There will be an opportunity of live Q & A from participating coaches.

Born and raised in the UK, Bruce moved to Malaysia in 2018 after 20 years in the oil and gas industry. Following his passion for developing people he certified as a Co-Active coach in 2019 and has developed a coaching practice of international clients based across Asia, Europe and North America.
Bruce is passionate about helping companies to identify and grow great leaders. As such, in addition to his coaching practice, Bruce is a coach trainer (faculty member at the Co-Active Training Institute), a facilitator (with clients such as Google on his roster) and a certified Leadership Circle practitioner.
Outside work Bruce battles with the Malaysian humidity and manages to run a few times each week. He is also a keen musician and is currently studying jazz guitar and percussion.
Karen is Founder and Managing Director of ORCHID LEADERSHIP Coaching & Consultancy Ltd, serving executive and education leaders internationally to take control of their aspirations and to confidently build their future success.
Karen is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), also holding Master Practitioner in Time Line Therapy.
Prior to becoming a professionally certified & credentialed leadership coach, Karen had a successful career in the education sector, spending nearing 30 years in international education leadership roles, school start-up projects and localised district education transformation fieldwork.
Her calm and zen balance enhanced with a passion for wildlife & travel photography.
Kindaichi Lee has started his coaching/ counselling as early as 2005 with youths and family in Churches, multiple Singapore Family Life Centers and Ipoh Sunway College. He is a Marriage & Family Connection Coach, helping to connect the dots in the lives of his clients to re-invent a better life and change.
He has helped many families to restore and rebuild relationships. He has also helped many youths to overcome life difficulties, limiting beliefs and characters development so that they became champions and excelled beyond their capabilities. Many coachees have thereafter taking roles of leaderships, excelled as Young Professionals and even self-organised volunteering trips to help in social projects in India, Indonesia and many other countries.
Kindaichi has a Master in Counselling as well as a Degree in Psychology (both from Australia). He is also a certified HRDF trainer and professional members of both the Malaysia Association for Professional Speakers and Association of Professional Speakers of Singapore. He has earned his credential as ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), graduating from Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).
Marianne Dupuis, PCC is a well-recognized accredited leadership coach for C-suite global leaders and also an avid globe trotter. She is passionate about human growth, leadership dynamics and emotional intelligence, thus she has developed a robust expertise to coach leaders for successful teams.
In terms of experiences, she has grown an extensive experience working in Europe and in Asia with multi-cultural teams. She thoroughly enjoy both the complexity with subtle nuances and the richness of these interactions.
Excellence is her value and she’s dedicated to highest standards in coaching. She created and lead the People Coach Certification, training people to become professional and ethical Coaches.
She is also an Accredited coaching supervisor, a founding Member of the European Mentoring Coaching Council Asia Pacific Region and Past President & Co-Founder of the Association of Coaching Supervisors and Mentors, promoting high professional and ethical standards in coaching.
