Credentialing Simplified 2025: Understanding and Preparing for an ICF Exam

We are excited to welcome Aileen Gordon from ICF Credentials and Standards for an insightful overview of the ICF Exams required to obtain an ICF Credential. Aileen joined ICF in May of 2020 with Credentials and Standards as a Credentialing Support Coordinator and in 2023 accepted the position of Credentials and Standards Director of Operations.  This role oversees the credentialing team and the processing of credential applications.  

Aileen has 25 plus years working in non-profit associations, which has given her valuable experience with the administration of volunteer driven organizations. Aileen lives in Georgetown, Kentucky, USA.
