Session Description
ICF says “If a coach cannot move beyond prepared structures, questions and models, they will not be awarded mastery”.
This session will be a demonstration and discussion of how to take the first steps to mastery and coach without models.
Attendees will learn what it takes to step beyond coaching models and make their coaching session a true “Fully Present, Connected and in-the-moment” process. Put into practice, this will enable your clients will achieve faster and deeper breakthrough; with less effort from you as the coach.
