Coaching has played a pivotal role in the development of leaders and the future. As part of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Malaysia’s continuous goal to support and bring coaches together to impact our society through the power of coaching, the International Coaching federation (ICF) Malaysia Conference KL themed as: Shaping the Future Through Coaching, which is happening on 9 November 2022, serves as a platform to promote the future of coaching in Malaysia.
Join us at this conference as we highlight the future of coaching and shaping the future through coaching, with our Keynote Speakers and ICF APAC Chapter Leaders’ Panel. This conference also creates great opportunity for ICF Malaysia members, partners and coaches, together with the esteemed Keynote Speakers and APAC Chapter Leaders, to network and engage personally.

Dr. Frances Penafort
Dr. Frances works as an Executive Leadership Coach, Coach Mentor, Coach Supervisor as well as a Coach Educator in her own coach certification program viz, Frances’ Coaching School. Armed with her MCC coaching credentials, Frances is passionate about supporting leaders in a wide range of issues such as Executive Leadership, Executive Presence, Team Empowerment, Disruptive Mindset, Behavioural Skills and Cross-Cultural Diversity.

In this conference, Dr. Frances will speak about future-focused coaching in evolving our practice as coaches.
Some of the key takeaways from this session include an appreciation of the varied challenges that the coaching profession is facing, research that is being conducted to highlight these challenges, what are some action steps being undertaken and what role coaches play in enabling the evolution of our own coaching practice.
Jean-Francois Jadin
Jean-Francois is an Abstract Expressionism Artist, Integral Coach & Transformational Facilitator. As an integral coach and transformational facilitator, and armed with PCC coaching credentials, he holds a safe and sacred space for his clients to explore their being and, in so being, more fully tap their boundaryless potential as well as address what may get in the way of a fuller aliveness.

In this conference, Jean-Francois’ topic will revolve around the definition of coaching in terms of maximizing the coaches’ own personal and professional potential and reiterates the ICF Code of Ethics that requires coaches’ overriding commitment to their own development.
From this session, participants will explore the paradigm between ‘outer’ development and ‘inner’ development, experience inquiring within themselves, touch their inner brilliance and leave with concrete practices to embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-reflection as a coach.
