Session Description
This session is a sharing of a collection of coaching thoughts that I have lived by in my 20 years in coaching. They are formulated from the many ups and downs in my coaching journey.
These thoughts are categorised under ‘Influence’ (how they become more people effective); ‘Visibility’ (how they get recognised more easily) and ‘Brand’ (how they can grow their coaching persona for greater differentiation)’ to support the theme of the Growth series.
Each of these thoughts will be shared intimately and explained in some detail as to how it has helped me to grow my Coaching brand and in turn, how the participants can take them as their own to guide them in the coaching profession as well. The thoughts are original and not taken from any book.
The session is a platform for a free dialogue among all who are present on ways they can shorten their learning curve to succeed in their coaching careers.
