For the past 20 years, my journey as a Coach has been anything but ordinary. It has been a tapestry woven with remarkable encounters, unexpected pivots, and deeply human stories that shaped not only my craft but my very calling. From partnering a visually impaired entrepreneur who defied the odds, to learning from a passionate social entrepreneur transforming communities—I discovered that coaching was never meant to be confined within boardrooms or limited to performance metrics. It was, and still is, about awakening human potential in the most unexpected places.

Along the way, I stood on the shoulders of giants—including the late Sir John Whitmore, a pioneer of the coaching movement, and had the privilege of co-authoring a bestseller book with an amazing Master Coach. My journey towards becoming a Master Certified Coach was not a linear ascent but a series of human moments—these stories shaped me and ultimately gave birth to Catalyst Coach, a platform devoted to making coaching a lifestyle accessible to all.

This talk is an invitation to reimagine coaching beyond technique or profession. It’s a story of resilience, purpose, and creating catalytic impact not just for organizations but for individuals, families, communities, and cultures.
