Every MCC journey is different. Yet, becoming an MCC is more than simply ticking the boxes—it is a profound evolution in how you coach.
Join Rohaizan, MCC, as she pulls back the curtain by sharing her own lived experience on the journey and the profound inner shifts that unlocked her growth as a coach. Far beyond technical requirements, this session demystifies the emotional, relational, and existential layers of the MCC path: unlearning ego-driven habits, trusting client wholeness, and becoming the client’s tool for transformation. Rohaizan reveals vulnerable struggles, pivotal breakthrough moments, and post-credential realities.
Coaches contemplating or uncertain about MCC, those wanting to build momentum in their coaching, or growth-minded coaches curious about credentialing’s deeper impact on presence, partnership, and service will enjoy this session.

Rohaizan Sallehudin is an ICF Master Certified Coach and founder of The Leadership Factor, a boutique coaching practice dedicated to helping leaders evolve from the inside out through transformational leadership, team effectiveness, and conscious growth. With nearly 30 years of corporate and business experience—including senior roles in strategy, people and organisational development, transformation, and governance—she also co-founded a successful Malaysian consulting firm before transitioning to professional coaching a decade ago.
Her transformative journey to MCC embodies intentional growth, blending rigorous practice with real-world insight. Rohaizan is passionate about partnering with senior leaders and CEOs and has accumulated more than 3,500 coaching hours with over 300 global executives across Malaysia, Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, Europe, the UK, and the US. Her clients have come from investment-holding companies, Government-linked companies, multinationals and startups, in industries that include banking, technology, energy, shipping, pharma, plantations, manufacturing and FMCG.
Her grounded, strategic, and deeply human approach in coaching fosters trust, candour, and curiosity, enabling leaders to navigate complexity, align teams, and cultivate innovative, resilient cultures. By becoming more, not just doing more, they unlock profound impact.
Rohaizan believes that the quote “Though you can love what you do not master, you cannot master what you do not love”, perfectly encapsulates her journey and motivation.
