Session Description
The complex working environments that we work now has even more dispersed teams. It challenge us with projects that have less resources, shifting demands, and a need to deliver in less time. Organizations often have teamwork as a values, and yet many teams work as groups, in silos, unaware of stakeholder’s needs, and without a clear purpose. In this session three experienced systemic team coaches who have delivered across sectors globally, will partner with you to uncover truths about coaching teams. We will close with a demonstration of coaching a team leader through the use of metaphorical landscapes and picture cards.

Clare has worked internally & externally across sectors globally including Fortune 100s within talent development, coaching, diversity, Senior Leadership Development, L&D/OD. She has designed her own #CoachME Coaching Model & resources which have been translated into over 25 languages. Her instructional design, training delivery, mentor coaching & coach supervision skills have enabled her to gain ICF approved, accredited & CCE programs face-to-face & on-line globally.
Clare founded BMC & CoachME in 2011 trail blazing in the Middle East specifically providing bespoke solutions for systemic impact. She is Level A & B with the British Psychological Society, ICF Master Certified Coach & Mentor Coach, as well as EMCC Master Practitioner & Accredited Coach Supervisor, plus ICF ME Prism Award 2020 Nominating Coach for winners Qatar Financial Centre
