About The Speaker(s)

Heru Yuwono Liem, MCC

Having more than two decades of Corporate exposure as Executive in both Strategic and People area.

And more than 10 years practicing and accumulating thousands of hours as Executive & Leadership Coach &/ Mentor for hundreds of Clients.

Earned ‘Triple-Masters’, the highest level of certifications from 3 most prominent global bodies in Coaching & Mentoring that form GCMA (Global Coaching and Mentoring Alliance), which are:
1. MCC (Master Certified Coach) from ICF (International Coaching Federation)-USA
2. MP (Master Practitioner) from EMCC (European Mentoring Coaching Council)-Europe
3. MC (Master Coach) from AC (Association for Coaching)-Europe.

Which to me, it’s not so much about accumulating accolades, but more on the learning to ‘conquer’ and enrich myself to enable me to serve humanity better, as the 2 quotes from Sir Edmund Hillary :
‘It is not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves’
‘Human life is far more important than just getting to the top of a mountain’

While quoting from Sir Edmund Hillary, i see myself more like Sherpa Tenzing Norgay who is passionate to support others to become better version of themselves, and hopefully, to reach their ‘Everest’.
