Dr. Michael Heah, MCC

Well-regarded as the ‘Father of Coaching’ and Disruptive Coach, Michael is a pioneer in professional coaching, who brought ICF to Malaysia when he founded Corporate Coach Academy (CCA) in 2003.  Since then, CCA has been the biggest generator of ICF coaches in the region and has groomed the highest number of ICF-MCC.  Under Michael’s leadership, CCA was recognized as the finalist in the Distinguished Coaching Education Provider in ICF Impact Awards 2023.

Simon Yap, PCC

Simon is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the ICF, Facilitator, Trainer, Training Evaluator, and food service specialist. He is also an award-winning recipient of the Best Executive Coaching Provider at the HR Vendors of the Year 2019 Awards, organised by Human Resources Online Magazine Singapore.

Simon is specialising in business-to-business (B2B) sales, leadership, and coaching. He has clocked over 2,000 coaching hours helping organisational leaders from C-suite Executives to HiPo talents excel in their personal growth and professional development. Simon’s works predominantly focus on skills training, facilitation, and coaching that help Organisations build a competent and engaged workforce as well as build in-house coaches.
