DR.FRANCES PENAFORT works as an Executive Leadership Coach, Coach Mentor, Coach Supervisor as well as a Coach Educator in her own coach certification program viz,, Frances’ Coaching School. She holds her coaching philosophy as; partnering with leaders in their journey of discovering themselves, evoking their awareness and transforming to become the leader they are meant to be. Armed with her MCC coaching credentials, Frances is passionate about supporting leaders in a wide range of issues such as Executive Leadership, Executive Presence, Team Empowerment, Disruptive Mindset, Behavioural Skills and Cross-Cultural Diversity.

Frances is an active contributor to ICF – being the First Elected President of ICF Malaysia Chapter. She was a Board Director in the ICF Global Thought Leadership Institute, in the ICF Global Enterprise Board, in the ICF Ethics Global Board. She was the key-note speaker for ICF International conferences in Malaysia (2022) and a speaker at the ICF International conference (2021) with 2000 delegates from 80 countries. She was a speaker at Asia Pacific Conferences and Webinars as well as a podcast speaker for US and UAE.

Frances is also the first and only lady MCC  coach in Malaysia that has an ICF coaching school called Frances Coaching School and an author of her recently published book entitled “I’LL NEVER WALK ALONE”

VELLU MAHADAVEN

Vellu has over 22 years experience in multinational environments in the semiconductor industry.  Having started off his career in software engineering, Vellu worked his way through several different functions before finding his passion and purpose in HR. He is currently the HR Director for Micron Malaysia where he works with the leaders to deploy effective people programs and solutions through enabling strong organization and leadership culture.

Through his years of experience in the industry as well as being an ICF credentialed (ACC) coach, Vellu works with leaders, and other individuals to uncover their common limiting beliefs, behaviours as well as mental roadblocks and facilitates a change in mindset and behaviours to fulfil their purpose.

RITA SHAH

Rita Shah is a Master Certified Coach – one of only 1,800 coaches globally awarded the highest credential for coaching expertise by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Prior to her professional coaching career, she held senior roles in multi-national organisations, start-ups and as an entrepreneur.

Now in her 15th year as an executive management and women in leadership coach, she specialises in one-to-one and team executive coaching, working with leaders transitioning into new roles that require a different set of skills and mindset; supporting women in leadership and developing a sustainable high performance culture while maintaining a healthy balance.

Rita brings cutting-edge knowledge of the brain sciences to the understanding of human behaviour to unlock her clients’ adaptive capacity on their journey to fulfill their potential. Teresa has over two decades of experience in renowned multinational corporations, where she spearheaded global cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives. Her expertise spans program management,  quality engineering, start-up leadership, customer engagement and knowledge management.

Teresa is currently the Director of the Program Execution Office at Intel Corporation, Within the organization, she assumes a central role as the facilitator to enhance the organization’s workforce through leadership and soft skills training. Teresa is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential. She is a Certificated Chief Master Coach (CCMC) and a member of ICF. In addition to her corporate role, Teresa actively contributes to the coaching community by working with the leaders and individuals to unleash their potential. She also dedicates her expertise and time to cross-industries coaching circles as well as mentoring and coaching programs aimed at empowering underprivileged university students.

AHMAD FUAD AHMAD ZAMRI

Coach Fuad brings with him over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management in Maybank Group of which 15 years as a Human Capital Director handling workforce of more than 18,000 people.  He started full time coaching in 2021 and has been coaching first time managers to transition into their new roles, coaching Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) on life and career goals.  Coach Fuad is passionate about coaching to address performance issues among sales force and sales managers.  He is also into team effectiveness coaching aimed at alleviating performance and leveraging on collective strength.Coach Fuad also trains and among his signature programs are Handling Difficult Conversations, Get The Result You Want and Team Dysfunctions.  He is a Certified Master Coach, NLP Certified Practitioner, Certified LAB Profile Practitioner, HRDF Certified Trainer and he holds a Master in Human Resource Management.
