Fennie is an executive headhunter, career strategist, and executive coach focusing on bringing out the best in people. With a background in executive search and talent consulting, she is passionate about exploring and developing people's potential and strengths to be a better self.
Fennie is a firm believer in continuous improvement and lifelong learning. "Nothing is impossible if you believe you can do it." She strongly subscribes to the right attitude and believes that "two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help". Thus, she values building a trusting relationship to make a positive impact and touching people's lives to make a difference.

With more than a decade of experience in the talent consulting industry, Fennie has partnered with individuals, teams, and organizations of diverse industries across the US, EMEA, and the Asia Pacific on executive search, succession, assessment, and executive coaching for the senior leadership team. In her early career, Fennie served in the financial services industry with exposure to Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking, Private Equity Investment, and Life Insurance Agency Executive Office.
Through one-on-one and team coaching, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations gain clarity, confidence, and courage to move from where they are to where they want to be. Her coachees range from mid-level to senior-level management, focusing on personal and professional development to bring them to a new level.
