Biography
Ranjinath is a leadership development and executive coaching specialist who helps professionals and organizations turn potential into performance. As Lead Trainer & Project Director at 11 Future Leaders Training and Consultancy, he designs and delivers training programmes that combine rigorous frameworks with practical, real-world application — most recently leading the development of a comprehensive AI-in-higher-education programme for senior university lecturers and PhD students.
His practice draws on a rare blend of credentials: he is an HRDC Accredited Trainer, an ICF Certified Leadership & Executive Coach, a Certified NLP Practitioner, and a Time Line Therapy Practitioner — giving him the tools to work with both the strategic and the deeply personal sides of leadership growth. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, bringing financial acumen into conversations about career and life planning, and is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), reflecting decades of commitment to communication mastery and public speaking.
Ranjinath serves on the boards of FPAM and the ICF Malaysia Chapter, contributing to the standards and growth of the coaching and financial planning professions in Malaysia and beyond.
Whether he's coaching an executive through a career transition, training a room of educators on navigating AI transformation, or mentoring the next generation of Toastmasters, Ranjinath's approach is grounded in one simple philosophy: Just Do It. He believes lasting change comes not from more planning, but from taking the next right action — and helping people build the confidence to take it.
He is passionate about equipping leaders, educators, and professionals with the clarity, skills, and mindset to lead change rather than be overtaken by it.
