She designs and delivers OD interventions, facilitation, training and development (leadership and management development programs) as well as Executive Coaching for local and multinational companies.

Ainun holds an integrative Masters of Arts (Psychology, HR & Media) University of Glamorgan, UK and a BSc. (Hons) in Psychology from Nottingham University, UK.
