Viviana supports small business owners and solo entrepreneurs on personal/professional growth, business growth, and business development through coaching and consulting. Her skill and experience in internet marketing have helped small business owners build their business online, integrating their online marketing system into their website and marketing through social media. She works online, meeting her clients via Zoom.

Viviana has an Associate Certified Coach certificate from ICF and she has served as Communications Director for ACSM (Association of Coaching Supervisors and Mentors) Malaysia from 2019 to 2020 and Membership Director for ICF Malaysia Chapter for 2020 to 2021.

Viviana values creativity and imagination. She likes to play with visuals to produce creative digital images and videos. She enjoys nature and morning ritual walk in the parks. Her interests are in personal development, spirituality and technology always fascinate her.
