Victoria has a background in Psychology, Education and Coaching and is passionate about nation-building through equipping and empowering individuals to be holistic changemakers in their respective contexts.

Victoria carries with her more than 15 years of experience in people development, where she has worn several different hats. She has taught and mentored young children in COSMOTOTs, before she worked at a Career Guidance Center in HELP University to support individuals in exploring their vocation and calling.

The opportunity came for her to be a Fellow under the Teach for Malaysia Fellowship, and she took it up. After teaching English to students in a low-performing school in Klang, she then moved on to become a Leadership Development Officer (LDO) where had the privilege of managing and coaching more than 20 Fellows across 4 different states in TFM. Subsequently, she went on to work in LeapEd (LE) Services Sdn. Bhd., where she focused on building internal capacity. She would work with the in-house consultants and partner with them to support the school transformation programmes as part of the Malaysian Ministry of Education (MOE)'s initiatives. Victoria also supported the development and delivery of LE's in-house coaching programme, which is now accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Upon the birth of her first child, Victoria took a career break and after about 8 months, worked with Y Coaching Academy to develop and deliver their very own coaching programme, which is now also accredited by the ICF. She is currently a freelance coach and trainer who is attached to several global coaching and training platforms.

Victoria is passionate about nurturing one's mental and emotional wellbeing, as part of building up individuals who will be confident and courageous changemakers in their respective communities.

She has coached clients from Romania, India, Kenya, Cambodia, Hong Kong, and many more. Her clients come from various organisations, such as VISA, Mattel, Palo Alto Networks, Intel, SHELL, Petronas, Dignity for Children, and many more.
