Therefore, the need for leadership has become obvious. His experience in the corporate world and his passion are among the reasons why he specializes in providing learning, coaching and consultancy in the areas of Leadership, Team Challenge and Coaching.

He comes with amassed of more than 30 years of enriching experience that spans from the areas of senior management, management development, training & consultancy, manufacturing, construction & property development, project management, sales & marketing and trading.

Having been involved more than one decade in the industry of training and management consultancy, he has conducted highly customized leadership & management programs, coaching/mentoring programs and career management development for multinationals in the oil & gas industry, banking & finance industry and also fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Timothy holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Bath, UK. He received his training as a certified course leader/trainer at the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and is a certified practitioner of the Thomas International DiSC profiling system and The Birkman Method® from Birkman International, Inc, US. He is a Certified Master Performance Coach (CMPC), Coach Masters Certified Coach in Transformative Coaching, an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) US, Certified EQ (Emotional Intelligence) Practitioner by Six Seconds, Certified EQ-i2.0 & EQ360 from MHS Inc. and also specializes in the area of organizational consulting and development.
