I am an executive and leadership coach, committed to help business executives in delivering results. I speak English, Chinese/中文, and Malay, and I coach people all over the world via Zoom.

Over 15 years, I have been coaching executives of various levels of seniority and in a wide range of industries. I help clients gain deeper understanding of themselves and unleash their potential to achieve goals. My specialties include leadership coaching, performance coaching, facilitating in coaching skills training, and mentor-coaching for peer and junior coaches. Prior to becoming a professional coach, I had a 23-years fulfilling career in Information Technology consulting, specialising in application software development, with over 15 years in leadership roles.

• Executive Coaching: Delivered over 500 hours of one-on-one coaching to executives of various levels.

• Mentor-coaching: Provided over 200 hours of group mentor-coaching to participants of a university-based certified coach training program, as well as ICF-accredited ACSTH/ACTP coach training programs.

• Facilitation and Training: Designed and facilitated numerous Manager-as-Coach workshops, Coaching for Performance workshops for senior managers of multi-national companies and public-listed companies including an airline and a mutual fund company. Also conducted many Cultural Induction Training for expatriates from Europe and Asia.

• Information Technology Consulting: Led software development consulting teams in conducting user requirement study and the full software development cycle. Developed and implemented computerized business systems for clients across diverse industries, including an insurance broker information system, a hotel system, government accounting systems, and a stock broker system.

• Business Development/Solutions Sales: Marketed, negotiated, and concluded an international sale of a stock brokerage software system.
