SUSAN brings with her a wealth of over 28 years of experience from various local conglomerates and multinational industries such as manufacturing, banking, property development and advertising. With her last role as the Director of People Development, she has valuable hands-on knowledge in directing the full spectrum of HR functions to align with business strategies.

As an ICF-PCC and Certified Professional Coach, Susan embarks on a journey to help individuals gain self-clarity, self-awareness and improve their personal resilience; towards managing and advancing in their personal & professional objectives. Susan’s commitment to help individuals across levels is surpassed by her humility and passion to help them make a difference in their life. She actively coaches and inspires individuals to bridge performance gaps, enhance leadership competencies & capabilities and groom executives/managers to the next higher level. Besides Malaysia, she has imparted her experiences across countries like Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Philippines.

With her high skilled forte in people management, Susan represented Malaysia as a Senior Consultant with a global talent solutions company, coaching individuals who experienced job loss. She is a mentor-coach to coach certification students, guiding and supporting them to be global coaches. Susan has also provided lectures on Coaching for post-graduate students at a leading institution of higher learning in Malaysia. Susan also served as President and Honorary Member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches.

As a Certified Trainer for HRDF and the Ministry of Tourism, she has imparted her experiential learning to participants from various industries with great ‘take-home’ value.
