With over 15 years in the humanitarian and development sectors, I have led projects across Asia and the U.S., working with diverse cultures and communities. As an ICF-accredited ACC Coach, blending strategic insight with cultural sensitivity, I offer structured, empathetic coaching to empower global professionals, expatriates, returnees, career changers, and humanitarian workers in achieving fulfilment.

What do I offer?

I work with people going through any of these transitions:
- Relocation (expats, returnees, digital nomads, migrants making new roots)
- Career reorientation
- Identity shifts (empty nest, singlehood, turning 40/50/60, post-burnout)
- “Something in me wants to change but I don’t know what”

Certifications & Training:
- ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
- MSc in Humanitarianism, Conflict & Development (University of Bath, UK)

My coaching is built on everything I lived in the field: leadership, cultural sensitivity, human understanding, and the belief that everyone has strength waiting to be activated. If you’re in transition, whether it’s a move, a career shift, or a season of uncertainty, I’d love to support you. Let’s walk this chapter together.

The Quiet Revolution of an Introvert

They say, “still waters run deep,” and that’s definitely me – an introvert through and through. From an early age, I identified strongly with introverted tendencies.
