As a Transition and Life Coach​,​ my expertise is built from my experiences in leadership​,​ project management and facilitating meaningful change in complex environments. With over 15 years in the humanitarian and development sectors​,​ I have led projects across Asia and the U.S.​,​ working with diverse cultures and communities. As an ICF-accredited ACC Coach​,​ grounded in curiosity, compassion, and challenge, I use tools from neuroscience, narrative and mindfulness coaching to help individuals shift limiting beliefs and re-align with who they truly are.
