Sunil Hasmukharay is an international speaker since the tender age of 17, Master Trainer, Certified Solution Focused Coach, and Strategic Consultant over close to a decade. Sunil is regarded as a strategist and thought-leader in developing Solution Focused and Strength Based leaders, shaping talents and empowering workforce, driving high performance and shaping organization performance in corporate organizations, government and non- government agencies, educational institutions, both locally and internationally. He brings with him a wealth of experience in leadership, management, governance and projects which he gained

while working for more than 10 years with PETRONAS, the national oil & gas and a fortune 500 company.He brings with him more than a decade long corporate experience from PETRONAS as well as 16 years of significant leadership roles in local and international arenas. In PETRONAS, he was co-leading the development of the PETRONAS Project Management Processes, focusing on Risk Management, Governance and External Benchmarking. He was a catalyst in doing the change management and doing project governance & risk management for a portfolio of RM 250 Billion worth of Downstream Projects. Sunil was the youngest member of the Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) Risk & Governance Advisory Taskforce who was appointed to develop the risk and governance frameworks for the project valued at RM 120 Billion.

Sunil is highly motivated, passionate and purpose driven whose advice and ideas have been undertaken by the World Assembly of Youth (WAY), United Nations and many more international organizations. His long history of significant leadership roles in the global arena, high level of motivation and leadership experiences has led him to becoming a much sought after local and international speaker, master trainer and coach over the years.
In the last 17 years, he has addressed more than 200,000 people from over 69 nationalities in many countries namely, Australia, USA, South Africa, India, Korea, Thailand, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Bali, Philippines and of course Malaysia. He is often invited to share his expertise in the areas of Leaders, Change Management, Organisation Transformation and Coaching using the Solution Focused, Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry approach. He is also very passionate in developing Gen- Y, the young adults globally and often engaged with thousands of them yearly via various youth empowerment initiatives globally.
