Coaching is my passion. I believe every individual and organisation has the capability to achieve their true potential. However, sometimes we get lost or get side-tracked in our journey of discovery and creation. This is where I, as a coach, can help by partnering with the client, in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise their personal and professional potential.

I have been coaching since 2017 and qualified as a coach with The Coaching Academy from the United Kingdom as a personal performance coach. I have furthered my qualification with Coach Masters Academy from Singapore on “Transformative Coaching : Enabling Sustainable Change”. I have also the credentials of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, The US.

I manage my coach practice in tandem with my role as a Chief Financial Officer in a subsidiary of a Public Listed German company. I am a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in heading the finances in large multinational companies in various countries such Malaysia, Macedonia and The United Kingdom. I have led, managed, coached and developed Finance Teams of diverse culture and people. My corporate experience in leading and coaching these teams and working with Senior Management to set company strategies and achieve corporate goals continue to help me relate to my coaching clients.
