Samantha is a Learning & Development specialist and an Advanced Level Coach (ICF) with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, including Banking, Aviation, Education, Entertainment, and Customer Service. Her expertise encompasses training and coaching in core competencies such as Leadership, Human Skills (soft skills), and specialized knowledge areas like Basic Aviation, English Phonetics, Food & Beverage (including WSAT L1 certification), and Halal practices.

She lead the team in 2012-3014 in developing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), handling approximately 800 users.

In addition to her professional roles, Samantha was a certified skills trainer, internal auditor, and practitioner of internationally recognized programs such as HABITUDES® and Points of You®.

Her coaching experience is primarily in Executive Coaching, where she has practiced extensively as an Internal Coach. She was a member of the ICF Philippines Chapter from 2016 to 2023 and has recently renewed her membership and joined ICF Malaysia in August 2024.

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in Marketing Management from Multimedia University, Malaysia.

Looking ahead, Samantha is focused on expanding her coaching practice to support the special needs community and their caregivers, offering tailored coaching solutions to meet their unique challenges.

On a personal note, Samantha is also a dedicated Son-Rise Program Parent, having attended the Start-Up program in Malaysia in November 2019.
