Patricia brings along 25 years of Corporate Experience across the field of Sales, Marketing and Human Resources in the Hotel Management, Event Management & Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.

Having been a corporate Coach for the past 10 years, she believes that getting the right coaching fundamentals and certification is critical to create an impact on our coachee's growth.

As an aspiring Life Coach, she strongly believes "Not all superheroes wear capes, we are all superheroes. All of us have inner abilities to become the best version of ourselves".

Residing in Malaysia and Singapore, Patricia has facilitated workshops across 18 countries face to face and takes pride in weaving the team coaching language to create the key "aha" moments among her participants. Her work focuses on Emotional Agility, Communication with Impact & Leadership and Management Skills, which she finds huge opportunities to make shifts in individuals and organizations.

She loves duathlons (a sport combining running and cycling) and enjoys exploring new cafes during her free time!
