About the Coach

Stop people-pleasing. Say no without guilt. Say yes to what matters most.

I'm Aza, The Boundary Coach and I support women to break free from people-pleasing, set healthy boundaries, and live with clarity, confidence, and self-respect.

My philosophy is simple: boundaries are not walls, they are bridges to healthier relationships and joyful living.

Through my practice, Yes to You Coaching, I support women in 1:1 and group coaching programs designed to build self-respect and empower authentic choices. My approach blends ICF-compliant methods with NLP and CBT-informed tools, offering both structure and intuitive support. Clients describe my coaching style as empathetic, grounding, and empowering-creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel supported and challenged to honor their authentic needs.

In addition to boundary work, I have experience supporting clients in personal growth, confidence, and navigating life transitions, always with the intention of helping them honor their authentic needs.

Credentials & Training:
• Associate Certified Coach (ACC), International Coaching Federation (ICF)
• Certified NLP-Neuro Semantics, International Society of Neuro-Semantics in Grand Junction, Colorado
• Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Coach, Persatuan Kaunselor Pendidikan Malaysia (PEKA)

Additional training in Emotional Intelligence and Assertiveness Skills strengthens my boundary-focused work.

I have also volunteered with mental health organizations and communities, supporting women with emotional complexity, grief, and ADHD — experiences that deepened my understanding of how healthy boundaries can be a vital part of resilience and recovery.

If you’re ready to stop carrying everyone else’s expectations and finally say Yes to You, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
