Norlida is the Founder of Chapter Advisory Sdn Bhd, focusing on advisory as well as coaching and training in strategy, transformation and leadership.

She carries 39 years of multi-markets and multi-discipline corporate experience
- global banks (HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citibank) and regional banks (Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Commercial Bank Group, Samba Financial Group) operating in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UK and Singapore
- large conglomerates in Malaysia including UEM Group, Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Axiata Group in the infrastructure and telecommunication industries.

Diverse experience: human capital, strategy, risk management & compliance, communication, marketing, accounting, finance & business development, with C-Suite roles since 2006.

In her human capital roles, she has been instrumental in four major strategic corporate exercises with operating model changes impacting organizational structures and governance, culture revamps, workforce right-sizing and building capabilities. Her experience in strategy, business development, operations, risk management and finance has enabled her to drive human capital strategies and programs that impact both business and people.

She is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Peoplelogy Sdn Bhd and has held NINED board positions with local conglomerates; EDOTCO (Axiata Group) and CIMA (UEM Group). She was a member or permanent invitee to the Board Committees of the Operating Companies (Smart Axiata (Cambodia) Axiata Digital Labs (Sri Lanka) ADA (Malaysia) and Boost (Malaysia) in the SE Asian and South Asian regions, which has provided her in-depth knowledge of diverse compliance and regulatory landscapes as well as Board experience.
