Mildred is an experienced public policy professional who has served in government departments in Malaysia and abroad. She is currently the Head of the Performance Management & Delivery Sector (PMD), in the Economic Planning Unit Sarawak, under the Department of the Premier of Sarawak. Her team monitors the delivery and implementation of priority projects in Sarawak's Long Term and Medium Term Plans, working alongside state government Ministries, Departments and Agencies to deliver key economic and social development targets for Sarawak.

In addition to her policy and strategy work, Mildred is also an in-house Leadership Coach for the Sarawak Civil Service, where she coaches new state government officers as part of the civil service's onboarding programme.

Mildred holds a Masters in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with credentials from the International Coaching Federation.
