Mean Yeit, a person with many interests, is embarking on “MEANING”. He seeks to inspire and be inspired by individuals and organisations as we undertake to RE-WIRE, RE-FOCUS & RE-FIRE on what truly present and truly matters.

Earlier in his life, he made the mistake of assuming that meaning, purpose and passion is a "one" thing that is worth pursuing.

Long time he seeks. He went from Electrical & Electronics Engineering in Imperial College London, UK, to Stanford University, USA for Masters in Management Science & Engineering with a major in Economics & Finance. In between, a short stint in Waseda University, Japan to study Japanese.
Along the way, he builds a tool-box of experience: >15 yrs in strategy, business development, strategic partnership, corporate finance in government, conglomerate & large corporates in the finance & healthcare sectors; and also a myriad of essential HR, Legal, company secretarial, finance, marketing, communication, public speaking skills necessary for start-ups in healthcare & mindfulness; >10 years of active personal wealth investment locally & abroad (CFA education helps!); >10 years of meditation & mindfulness practice, >5 years of running workshops/ practice groups; and >100hrs of professional coaching.

He then realised - meaning, purpose and passion is a function of a set of underlying qualities.
Whether it is a job, an interest, or a particular thing that you do, that in itself is but an avenue where your underlying qualities manifest. Coaching, Training and Consulting are his ways where “MEANING” is delivered. E.g. he becomes himself when he expresses through Professional Coaching, (1) empathy, (2) care for learning & growth, (3) trusting relationships, & (4) creative engagement.

A warm and creative Mean Yeit seeks to engage people who let down their guards and open their hearts; he seeks to develop trusting and meaningful relationships that expand our inner voices, and empowering us to overcome the negative inner beliefs & resistance from getting to where we want.

At this age, what is interesting to him is beyond the labels, skills or experience that can be acquired, but the inherent unique capabilities in you that you might not have recognised & used! Part of his bucket list that he is crossing out along his path of self-actualisation.

“Mean it! Live it! Be the one you always wanted!” Seriously you only live life once and only now.
