Choon Lan spent more than 20 years in established multinational companies building her experience in business development, strategy and leadership locally and abroad, before embarking on her journey of being a coach and a trainer. Apart of being an ICF credentialed (Professional Certified Coach) coach, she is a certified global trainer and a certified trainer with HRDC Malaysia. She now focuses her effort in inspiring people and helping organization.

Choon Lan approaches coaching and training with clients to maximize their learning experience using varies tools and techniques. It is a combination of Art & Science to evoke chance, create awareness towards new possibilities. She has trained, coached and facilitated programs in diverse industries namely in business, sales and leadership.

She had served in the board of the ICF Malaysia chapter in 2021 as Communication Director and Junior Achievement as Student Mentor in 2022. Apart from work, she is also an active hiker and runner.
