Who am I?
I am a credentialed ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in Leadership, Transformation and Life coaching. Besides having MBA, I am also a certified in SAFe Agile 5.1, PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

I have 20 years of experience in the corporate world covers various industries (Financial Services, Consulting, Logistic Supply Chain, Energy, Oil & Gas, Medical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG etc.) and worked with people across different levels (C-level, middle management, frontliners) helping them to achieve their goals or aspiration. I have experience working in different cultures (MY, KR, CN, AU, SG, ID, PH, NP, VN, BD) making it easier for me in helping my coachee to spot the patterns while immerse deep in the challenge.

I believe everyone is whole, I facilitate the process in helping my coachee to find possible solutions through various perspectives and evaluate its risk and impact to make an informed decision.
