Kenneth is the Founder of KACE Consultants (www.kaceconsultants.com). With ‘Kaizen, Alliance & Corporate Excellence’ and ‘Knowledge Academy & Centre of Excellence’ as taglines, KACE Consultants partners with corporations and their people so that they can perform even better. KACE Consultants achieves this by providing business and corporate management advisory and consultancy, and coaching and facilitation for executive, leadership and personal development and transformation.

Prior to establishing KACE Consultants, Kenneth had spent over twenty years in corporate management, specifically in corporate planning and strategy, corporate finance, corporate affairs and branding, corporate communication and stakeholder engagement, corporate governance and compliance, and strategic marketing.

Kenneth is an experienced ListCo board of director with chairman experience. He has served as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Annum Berhad and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ageson Berhad. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Evergreen Max Cash Capital Berhad. All three companies are listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Kenneth is also a Professional Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, an EMCC Accredited Coach/Mentor at Senior Practitioner Level by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist and Certified Sustainability Practitioner credentialed by the Institute of Certified Sustainability Practitioners, HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, NCS Certified Trainer, Certified Virtual LearnCaster, Genos Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Genos Certified Leading With Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, DISC Certified Trainer and NLP Practitioner.

Outside of his professional life, Kenneth is a happy family-man, a doting father of two lovely children, a supportive husband and a grateful son. He works out religiously at the gym, doing both weight training and cardio. He enjoys wine and he is ever ready to try a new label without expectations.

1. Founder of a business/corporate management consultancy outfit focusing on helping organisations and their people perform better.
2. Experienced ListCo Chairman and BOD.
3. Led and managed the corporate strategic planning and KPI monitoring/reporting functions of a unit of a Fortune 500 company.
4. Led and managed an O&G group’s successful listing on the AIM Market in London. It was only one of ten Asian based groups to be listed on the AIM Market then.
5. Led and managed the diverse businesses of a regional conglomerate in agriculture and natural resources industries, including compliance and stakeholder management/engagement.
6. Managed over 200 investment sales agents of collective investment schemes including rollout of incentive programmes etc.
7. Setup and managed new businesses including recruitment and building team from scratch, establishing SOP etc.
8. Currently one of only eight global Ambassadors of the International Coaching Federation Foundation.
