My coaching journey starts from Jan. 2016 in Co-active Training Institute Dubai. I became a CPCC ( Certified Professional Co-active Coach) and ACC in 2018. My niche is youth coaching, parenting coaching, EQ workshops for educators, caregivers and parents. EQ workshops for Children (age from 6-18 years old).

I am originally from Chongqing, China. I worked as an English teacher, a HR training Executive and a Sales & Marketing Executive in China. I moved to Malaysia in Sept. 2016.

I'm passionate about empowering children, educators and parents with coaching. Coaching has changed my life and relationship with my son and my family. I would love to bring that rewarding experience to more families. Besides coaching, I give parenting talks on " Embracing Coaching Mindset in Parenting" , " From Stress to Freedom" and " How to raise a self-motivated child" etc. to help parents shift their mindset, transform daily struggles and stress into learning and growth opportunities for their children. The EQ workshop I conduct for educators and parents are: From Stress to Freedom ( help to manage stress and learn emotional regulation skills). The children's workshops I conduct include: I Have A Strong Mind ( resilience building workshop), I Have a Mission"(Motivation, self- identity finding and life purpose exploration workshop), and Growth Mindset workshop.

Besides coaching, I love learning languages, playing golf and travelling. Currently, I am learning Malay and Espanol on Duolingo (an awesome app) .The first few Malay words I learnt were: "Apa Khabar? "Tolong" "Saya tidak faham" and "Malaysia boleh"! I love the life and vibrant culture in Malaysia! I am looking forward to connecting with you and celebrating life with learning and transformation!
