I have over 25 years experience working in Multinational Corporations such as The Boots Pharmaceutical(F.E.) and Campbell Soups S.E.A., initially in Sales and then in Marketing. I held senior leadership positions and developed an effective marketing team by being a strategic and coaching leader resulting in double digit growth for the company. I have transitioned to be a professional coach and have > 1000h experience coaching leaders in various industries transforming managers to authentic leaders who bring positive change by developing their direct reports and catalyzing company performance and growth
