Over the years, Jonathan has earned numerous well-recognized professional talent development accreditations and certifications in the field of leadership, executive coaching, emotional intelligence, mental toughness, trust-building, resilience, and assessments by reputed international organizations.

He is the founder of Global Success Learning Academy and has been consistently ranked within the Top 3 in GlobalGuru Hospitality for the last 5 years as a speaker, coach, and educator. Jonathan is also the international author of “Winning Clients’ Loyalty - 7 Proven Practices to Convert Clients into Amazing Fans”.

Jonathan was most recently the 2022 Organizing Chair for ICF Malaysia's Coach Growth Series (CGS) - March - April 2022 and International Coaching Week (ICW) - May 2022, serving alongside his organizing committee for 8 months, besides supporting as a keynote speaker at numerous ICFM events like the International Coaching & Leadership Summit (ICLS), ICW & CGS over the years.

Jonathan is the Adjunct Associate Professor at Taylor's University, School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Events; ranked as one of the top private universities in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. He is currently serving as a Board Member of Together We Can Change the World, with its mission to empower and educate women and children in Southeast Asia.
