Lu Jia Lih is an ICF-PCC Credentialed Coach, focused on Executive Life Coaching, Mentor Coaching and Business and Organisational Coaching. She had also attained the Certified Master Coach and the Certified Professional Coach certifications from The Corporate Coach Academy, an ICF accredited coaching institution.

Described as dynamic, genuine, professional, intellectually stimulating, emotionally compassionate and approachable by her clients, she partners with her clients to be courageous and be progressively innovative leaders of the New Age. Her clientele includes Management Teams from Multinational Companies, Medical Practitioners, Academicians, Professionals and Non-Professionals from all walks of life. Through carefully structured Goal Plans, Tools and Techniques acquired from these globally renowned academies, her clients are transformed from ordinary managers and practitioners who are now able to disrupt the traditional ways of management thinking, to one that challenges beyond its normal boundaries. The change they experienced through her coaching methodology is sustainable, allowing them to overcome difficult situations with grit and resolve in this life-long achievement.

Her expertise in the global business arena are gained from 4 decades of management and operational working experience in PETRONAS including CEO positions abroad. As the CEO of PETRONAS’ subsidiaries in Vietnam and The Philippines, she had accomplished Operational Excellence in the areas on Diversity, Inter-cultural organisation structures, complex human capital management in the face of economic and political adversity in turbulent business landscapes.

Leveraging on these experiences, she developed a niche in coaching leaders in Resilience and Adaptability. Her enhanced coaching skills combined with her deep understanding of business ethics had enabled her to coach and mentor individuals to raise self-awareness and self-clarity to advance in both their professional and personal goals. Through her passion in this synergistic combination, the results of her coaching had inspired many to make life-long personal changes of themselves.

Her commitment to contribute to a vibrant coaching community had seen her successfully led initiatives and events organized by the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches and The Corporate Coach Academy. She is also an active member of ICF Malaysia.

Jia Lih is a graduate in Economics, had her tertiary education in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Strategic Business Studies and International Management in Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
