As a certified professional coach, Grace has been working with business owners and company senior leaders in helping them thrive in their leadership roles. In her fulfilling coaching career, Grace has gained the exposure in companies from various industries and different sizes.

Grace believes strongly that the key to high performing companies is not just about managing performance, but it is more important to empower leaders to meaningful engage their team members. She finds coaching to be an important approach to achieve that.

Grace’s passion in coaching developed since year 2010 when she witnessed successful leaders strive to do even better. It has been a very fulfilling journey for her working with people who are genuinely interested to become better when they are already being recognized as someone successful in the organization. Over the years, she continues to make a difference in planting the seeds of leadership excellence by helping leaders connect better with themselves and finding real meanings in their roles.

Awareness is the first step to transformation. Through coaching, Grace creates a partnership that helps people raising their awareness, recognize deeper emotions and enhance their connection with themselves. This empowers leaders to find their sharper edges and enhance their leadership effectiveness. Her strength is to bring balance and compassion when she journeys with each person to help them achieving their goals.

Prior to this, Grace has performed various HR leadership roles in IT, Telecommunications and Consulting industries. In her 18 years’ corporate career. Grace worked with MNCs, professional partnership firm and start-up organizations, across Asia Pacific region with headquarters in Europe, China and Japan. These experiences help her appreciates the cultural diversity at workplace.

Grace has a degree in B.Sc (Hons) Economics from University of London; she received accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as Professional Certified Coach (PCC); and she is also certified by Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Program.
