Frances is an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC) focusing primarily on supporting leaders. She was elected the First President of the ICF Malaysia Chapter (2011). She is a Board Director of the ICF Global Thought Leadership Institute (2020-2021), Board Director of the ICF Global Enterprise Board (2020), Member of the ICF Ethics Global Board (2016-2019), Member of the ICF Global Nominating Committee (2018-2020) and Member of the ICF Core Competency Review Team (2019-2019).

Her executive coaching career expanded into organisations that spanned over a range of industries such as Banking and Finance, Property and Hotels, Oil and Gas, Telco, FMCG, Insurance, Medical and Education.

Frances supports leaders in the key areas of development such as; Executive Leadership, Executive Presence, Team Empowerment, Disruptive Mindset, Behavioural Skills and Cross-Cultural Diversity.

She also facilitates workshops on: Global Leadership, Emerging Leaders, Coaching Certification, Communication, Winner’s Mindset, Personal and Team Effectiveness.
