PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

With over 30 years of leadership experience in various industries and as an entrepreneur serving organizations, Florence specializes in inner self mastery and enabling authentic leadership. She has an enormous passion in coaching entrepreneurs, emerging leaders to senior executives and business leaders to nurture their talents, perform at their best and move into more powerful leadership roles, creating an inclusive culture in teams and maximizing organizational performance. At the heart of her coaching work is her trust in co-creative conversation to support leaders in developing inner awareness capability, reclaiming the brilliance of their authentic nature and leading with their hearts, not just their minds.

Florence has extensive experience with one-to-one executive/personal coaching, team/group coaching and coaching facilitation. She also mentored and assessed coach leaders from different countries and continents on core coaching competencies development for their credentialing with International Coaching Federation.

Actively contributing to the advancement of professional coaching, she was a Board Member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Malaysia for over 16 years holding various roles, including President for the year 2015-2016. She served the ICF Global as a Co-Leader of Career Coaching Community of Practice (2018-2021), and currently she is a member of the ICF credentialing board of assessors.
