With more than a decade of experience in the talent consulting industry, Fennie has partnered with individuals, teams, and organizations of diverse industries across the US, EMEA, and the Asia Pacific on executive search, succession, assessment, and executive coaching for the senior leadership team. In her early career, Fennie served in the financial services industry with exposure to Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking, Private Equity Investment, and Life Insurance Agency Executive Office.

Through one-on-one and team coaching, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations gain clarity, confidence, and courage to move from where they are to where they want to be. Her coachees range from mid-level to senior-level management, focusing on personal and professional development to bring them to a new level.
