Esther Yong is a resourceful, energetic and passionate individual who has gained extensive experience throughout her life.

Esther graduated from the University of Kansas earning her degree in Business Administrative and Accounting leading her to be a senior auditor at KPMG in Singapore.

Despite that, it was in the education sector where she found her true calling. With a truthful heart to help others in education. She completed her ACTP coaching program with CCL and is currently a PCC credential.

With over 20 years of experience in the education sector Esther is currently the Acting Principal of LUCA International School, focusing on education and training for the school’s Teacher’s Development Program while driving the 21st century education with the core of collaboration, creativity, critical thinking and communication skills development in the education sector.
