Eric is a seasoned Executive Coach, management consultant and futurist. With an MBA from the USA and a BSc (Honours) from Australia, he started his career with KPMG Consulting in Australia and has worked at senior levels in leading global law firms in London, Hong Kong and Australia.

Eric is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) with an ICF Level 1 Accredited Coaching School. He is also on ICF's Global DEI Committee (2022-2024).

Eric is excited about the current digital revolution (IR4.0) in the future of work and particularly how it affects organizational culture, change and people. He is committed to coaching and supporting leaders and professionals through this exponential change that all organisations are encountering. Much of Eric’s work now is coaching leaders through transformational programs in a diverse range of industries including fintech, global banks, logistics, supply chain, media, property developers, luxury retail brands, technology and natural resources corporations. He works face-to-face as well as virtually.

Eric was born in Malaysia to a Singaporean mother and a Malaysian father. Eric loves to travel and eating spicy food. He believes in giving back, and works with a charity which helps impoverished communities to reduce hunger and poverty in rural villages via education and self-sustenance and with Unlocking ADHD in Singapore.
