Deva currently sits on the Advisory Board at Heriot Watt University (Malaysian Campus) and also an Adjunct Lecturer and lectures Human Resources for the University's MBA program. His involvement with the academia in these areas of Leadership, Change and Human Resources gives him the ability to share experience with the right balance for organizations of all shapes and maturity.

Deva holds an MBA in General Management from Herriot-Watt University UK, and is a Harvard Business School, Management Program Alumni. He is also an accredited Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
