After 20 years working for a multinational across a number of countries, I decided to focus on the part of my work that really inspired me: growing humans! I moved to Malaysia in 2018 from the UK (a long-term dream to live in a warm country without snow and grey skies) and have built up a coaching practice here.

My passion is leadership - creating places where leaders inspire and lift up their teams and I'm excited to work with leaders for whom this sounds enticing.
