With 10+ years of experience as an operator, founder, and investor within the APAC tech ecosystem, I'm passionate about helping creators find clarity on their authentic leadership essence.

I've worked with clients, including first-time and serial founders, industry thought-leaders, and senior leaders at private and publicly traded companies across APAC, hundreds backed by leading global early-stage investors, including 500 Startups. I support individuals and teams in both business and life challenges through 1-1 and group coaching, startup advisory, workshop facilitation, and speaking engagements, helping them move through complexity and challenge with more agility and ease.

I'm accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach© (CPCC) endorsed by Harvard’s Institute of Coaching, and am an Agile Certified Professional. I'm also a Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness Coach and hold an Associate Diploma in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music in my native Toronto, Canada.
