The hands-on experience enables employees to self-discover and refine their knowledge and skills, make decisions, interact with others, and address workplace challenges. 

Shadow Coaching is a specific coaching application based on observation and feedback from the manager coach and the use of reflective practice for employee learning. In other words, shadow coaching improves employees’ on-the-job performance in real-time situations, for example, working with them in field sales, role-playing exercises, chairing meetings, or holding a client meeting.
