Session Description

Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.

 

Join Tina Huang, MCC for this MCC Live that will include a live coaching session lasting about 30 minutes. Before the session, Tina will set up mentoring goals with the coach. After the session, Tina will collaborate with the coach to reflect on the coaching conversation according to the mentoring goals and core competencies.

 

The client and the rest of the participants will also have opportunities to provide their appreciative feedback to the coach.

 

In this session, participants will explore setting goals in a more comprehensive way, and gain perspectives on how the eight core competencies of coaching support clients during a coaching conversation.

About The Speaker(s)

Tina Huang, MCC

Tina Huang is a Taipei-based executive coach, mentor coach, coach supervisor and founder of the Bloom In Life Coaching Academy.

With almost 20 years of coaching experience, Tina has worked with clients in the Greater China and Asia Pacific region, including Fortune 500 companies. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Tina helps clients to achieve profound internal breakthroughs, fostering genuine behavioural changes that drive personal and professional growth.

Prior to her coaching career, Tina worked in the Human Capital Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Taipei, designing and delivering leadership programs for internal facilitators. She has also worked with the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) in Taiwan, where she managed global training projects, including a collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Tina’s work focuses on elevating leadership qualities, fostering a coaching culture, and contributing to sustainable organizational growth, inspired by her belief in empowering people to recognize their achievements.
