Session Description
The Power of Coaching: Achieving RoI and RoE
How can coaches help clients’ organisations achieve Return on Investment (RoI) and Return on Experience (RoE) in the business of coaching? This topic is a challenging one for coaches working with corporate clients especially. This webinar will be content rich and will provide specific takeaways and fresh insights for the audience.
Linda McLoughlin, MCC will break the topic down into manageable chunks with specific actionable examples. Links to useful research sources will be provided, and participants will be encouraged to share their own experiences to enrich the learning.
The format of the session has three main areas of focus:
- Current research that demonstrates the value of coaching particularly during times of transition.
- Exploration of the role of the professional coach in partnering with clients to create agreements that include Return on Experience and Return on Investment within an ethical framework.
- Demonstration of how coaches and organisations have developed various direct and proxy measures for RoE and RoI that are both qualitative and quantitative through relevant case studies.

Linda McLoughlin, MCC
Linda McLoughlin is a multi-award winning Master Coach and founder of LeadershipWorks specialising in coach training and mentoring, team coaching and coaching cultures.
Linda is Former Vice Chair of the International Coaching Federation PC Global Board and a Director of ICF GE Board. She is an expert in leadership development and has worked across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, USA and South America.
Linda is based between Dubai and Dublin and is co-author of two books on leadership and change and is an engaging conference speaker. She is co-host of Transform Tomorrow Today Podcast dedicated to change in organisations and co-founder of the Trailblazers video series for coach educators. She is an avid traveler and a Reiki Master.
