Session Description
This MCC Live session is an exploration of the subject of leadership in the context of coaching. It introduces the concept of leadership mindset, more specifically about its embodiment, and what it shares in common with Coaching Mindset (CC2).
Building on these, the session is an invitation for us to explore its connection with Coaching Mastery – how embodying a leadership mindset can enable coaches to be masterful in their coaching and its practical relevance including enhanced coaching presence & cultivating trust. Is the Coach a leader? This session will be interactive & hands-on, allowing participants to reflect on the first principles of leadership, embodiment, coaching & mastery.
The speaker, who is a Master coach & Coach-leader will share her perspectives & real-life experiences, holding a thought-provoking space for participants to collectively explore the synergies between leadership & coaching competencies. If you are a coach, who is passionate about elevating your coaching, seeking to be masterful or simply challenge your thinking – you would surely benefit from joining!
Coaches sometimes feel very limited in approaching complex coaching topics or whilst working with some “difficult” clients. And sometimes feel “stuck”. Often these feelings emerge from the mindset one embraces as a coach, and exploring that from a different lens can be empowering!

Coach-participants will learn how embodying a leadership mindset, can open out the window to coaching-mastery, and reframe our world-view as coaches. This will directly support coaches’ professional development & also shine the light on important coaching competencies such as Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Cultivates Trust & Safety & Maintains Presence.
