I’m passionate about ethical conversations. Keeping in mind that coaching can be a lonely profession at times, I believe that having the right support system that we can tap into unlocks our potential.
To me ethical dialogue is like flowing water. As coaches our ethical watchfulness ensures that we monitor the flow of the coaching relationship, and this is exactly where coaching supervision comes into the picture and begins to play a pivotal role in developing coaches by drawing out learning from many coaching conversations taking place. It also protects our clients.
Come and join us to explore the realm of coaching supervision. During our gathering, we will co-create, shed light on what supervision is all about and the context of our work. We will visit one of the widely used supervision tools, observe a supervision demo, look into relationship dynamics, evoke awareness and deepen our learning.

About The Speaker(s)
Ebru Goksu Yildirim, BEc, MCC, CPCC, ORSC, NLP, STCC
Ebru is an empowering, creative, and growth oriented ICF Certified professional executive, leadership and team coach. (Bec, MCC, CPCC, ORSC, NLP, & STCC ). She is also, a faculty member of Academy of Executive Coaching. She has been based in Dubai, UAE since 2005. She has 5000+ coaching hours and have been coaching individuals, executives and teams since 2011.
She has a BA in Economics, and is a Marketing Communications Expert with almost 20 years of experience, which she gained through working in different fields of Advertising and Marketing in the MENAT region. During her corporate experience, she held senior roles where she led large businesses and teams.
Being a leadership skills development career and leadership coach, and a facilitator, she works with individuals and teams by staying true to her life-purpose of ‘unlocking potential’. One of her key skills is being able to meet her clients exactly where they are, holding them there just long enough to show how resourceful they are, to increase their capacity to grow. She works with my clients on mindset and energy levels by focusing on their ‘being and doing’. She truly believe this is the path to transformation and professional empowerment.
