Alleena is an energetic people and business programme facilitator who elevates people through simple, strategic, and actionable solutions. She loves motivating individuals to express their inner brand through purposeful communication, getting results and transforming individuals to flourish in their organisations.

 

Alleena founded Yellow Tree Malaysia, set up to train and consult corporations, MSMEs and under-served communities (women, indigenous and refugees) in both soft and hard skills. Having spent almost a decade in a leading MNC, Alleena developed extensive strategic knowledge in brand, marketing and business management.

 

She is an NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and Time Line Therapy® Practitioner and coach – an area that strengthens her skills in areas of human communication and behaviour. After residing for more than 25 years abroad, she received her Post Graduate Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management in the South of France and later an MBA with Cornell University in International Hospitality Management at ESSEC Business School of Paris.

Jeff Cheah understands the challenges of leading a group of people towards meeting targets and goals. It’s all about sharing the vision, communicating roles and responsibilities, create a people-oriented workplace culture and coaching people.

He believes that every Leader possesses skills, talent, ideas, faults and flaws. The Leader must have the courage and humility to unlearn and learn and seek to understand what makes people tick. As a People Development Coach, he has made Leaders aware that a shift in their behavior can result in positive business outcomes. He has also explored ideas that Leaders can immediately put into practice that can result in employees be more loyal and committed. A Leader with a will to learn and possess strong learning agility will be able to meet the challenges of managing in the 21st century.

As he found purpose and passion in Coaching, he has committed time and has served 6 years in ICF Malaysia Chapter as a Chapter Leader promoting coaching and mentoring new Coaches. As a corporate leader, Kenneth has vast corporate management experience ranging from corporate planning and strategy to corporate finance, corporate governance and stakeholder engagement that span from Malaysia to other regional countries. He is also a corporate sustainability advocate who believes that corporates can better succeed and thrive when ESG goals are embedded in their strategies.

As a coach and mentor, Kenneth specialises in helping executives and leaders perform better by successfully navigating the intricacies of corporate life. He also champions emotional intelligence, a human skills that is key for success in the future of work.
